Other than Ajay Devgn, Maidaan also features Priyami, Gajraj Rao, and Bengali actor Rudranil Ghosh in key roles. As the film revolves around a tough Indian football coach, the trailer reminds of another masterpiece by Bollywood, ‘Chak De! India’, in which Shah Rukh Khan played the role of a hockey coach.
Maidaan is slated to release this Eid in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada, and it will clash with Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. However, the trailer for the movie has received a lot of appreciation from the audience, doubling the excitement among cinemagoers.
