The trailer gave a glimpse of the emotional scenes between Alia and Vedang, who are portraying brother and sister onscreen.
Starring Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina in the lead roles, the trailer of Jigra shows Alia Bhatt in a never-seen-before avatar, as the actress would go to any length to save her brother, portrayed by Vedang Raina. Alia’s character is ready to put her life in danger for her brother.

Directed by Vasan Bala, the film is all set to release on Oct 11. Alia is co-producing the project with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, her second production after the 2022 Netflix thriller-comedy Darlings. Recently, the team of Jigra also visited the The Great Indian Kapil Show to promote their film in the first episode of second season of the comedy show.
