The fans of the renowned series Mirzapur are over the moon as the makers have officially announced Mirzapur The Film. The much-loved Amazon Prime original is scheduled for release in 2026. The movie will have the return of popular characters like Pankaj (Kaleen Bhaiya), Ali Fazal (Guddu Pandit), and Divyenndu (Munna).
“Ab bhaukaal bhi bada hoga, aur parda bhi. #MirzapurTheFilm, coming soon,” Excel Movies announced on the official Instagram handle. Unlike its previous seasons on Prime Video, Mirzapur The Film will have a theatrical release as it is shifting from digital to cinema.

Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, the movie will be directed by Gurmeet Singh and is written by Puneet Krishna. Pataal Lok star Abhishek Banerjee, who has played the role of the Compunder in the series, will also feature in the upcoming movie.
