Here we are, with one more interview with a renowned author and an established leadership leader, Zoë Routh, on WorldAuthors.Org. UNCUT WITH LUCIA is a WorldAuthors.Org series that celebrates and promotes the work of striving and established writers and authors from around the world. The WorldAuthors.Org team works hard to bring its audience the interviews with renowned authors and writers.
Zoë Routh is a leadership expert who has been working with individuals and teams all over the world, including in Australia, since 1987. She has spent almost three decades teaching teams having problems with office politics and how to work better together, from the wild rivers of northern Ontario to the remote regions of Australia.
She’s enamored with demonstrating how big thinkers with big hearts can make a big difference. Her outstanding leadership learning adventures take place in phenomenal settings, both indoors and outdoors.
Besides being a successful leadership expert, Zoë is a highly acclaimed author. She has published four books, titled “Composure – How centered leaders make the most impact,” “Moments – Leadership when it matters most,” and “Loyalty – Stop unwanted staff turnover, boost engagement, and build lifelong advocates.” Her fourth book, “People Stuff – Beyond personality problems, an advanced handbook for leadership”, won Book of the Year at the Australian Business Book Awards in 2020. Zoë has a lot of feathers in her hat, as she had served as Program Manager at the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, Chair of the Outdoor Council of Australia, and President of the Chamber of Women in Business.
Zoë enjoys telemark skiing in her spare time when she is not writing or working. This isn’t all; she’s run six marathons, was a belly dancer once, and enjoyed hiking in the high country. She is married to a lovely Aussie and previously the mother of a swarm of garden-wrecking chooks.
