Raquel Sánchez is from Spain and she is one of the trending Spanish women entrepreneurs on Instagram. She is founder of RS Azafatas and Co-founder of Shira Stock – organizations focused on improving the image of companies.
RITIKA: WHAT DOES THE WORD LIFESTYLE MEAN TO YOU?
Raquel: First of all thank you very much for having me for this interview. LifeStyle is a healthy and active lifestyle, in which I constantly try to improve.
RITIKA: AT WHAT AGE OR STAGE OF YOUR LIFE DID SPORT BECOME A MAIN PART OF YOUR LIFESTYLE?
Raquel: I love this question. When I was 6 years old I started practicing rhythmic gymnastics, getting to compete nationally from 12, from then on I have always practiced different sports, exercise is part of my day to day.
RITIKA: I OFTEN TELL PEOPLE THAT DEDICATION TO FITNESS BEGINS WITH MOTIVATION. WHO OR WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO TRAIN AND EAT HEALTHY?
Raquel: I like to follow people dedicated entirely to exercise on Social Networks like Instagram to take an example, but the biggest motivation is my obsession with improving and taking care of myself.
RITIKA: WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TRAINING ROUTINE?
Raquel: Currently, I train 5 days a week with a personal trainer, I combine aerobic exercises with weights, stretching about 30 minutes after each workout (this is very important for the recovery of joints).
RITIKA: WHAT MUSIC GENRES DO YOU LISTEN TO WHILE YOU ARE TRAINING?
Raquel: I have several music charts but I like listening to deep house.
RITIKA: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD OF THE DAY?
Raquel: Breakfast, I think it is the most complete meal I do and that is when I usually treat myself.
RITIKA: WHAT IS THE MAIN RULE IN YOUR DIET?
Raquel: Do not go hungry or diet but create a healthy and healthy eating habit.
RITIKA: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT FOOD?
Raquel: Burgers

Raquel: Hahaha, yeah. Training is an escape for the mind when you are stressed from work. I have 2 companies, a daughter, my partner, the house, the purchase, etc. Many enterprising moms will understand me. Training becomes our moment …
RITKA: HAVE YOU PRACTICED ANY SPORTS PSRA FEMALE PERSONAL DEFENSE, MARTIAL ARTS?
Raquel: Yes, I practiced Muay Thai and kickboxing for a year and learned a lot.

Raquel: Of course, be encouraged! All beginnings are hard, but it is very rewarding on a personal level. You don’t have to be very good at a sport or diet. It’s about being better on the inside to look better on the outside and improve health.
